Working closely with Hornsby Council’s heritage architects throughout the design and Development Application process, our team navigated complex planning requirements with precision and care. Through early collaboration and a deep understanding of heritage controls, we secured building approval in record time, allowing the project to move forward efficiently while fully respecting the character and history of the area.

The strong gabled roofline is paired with high-quality cladding and custom timber features that honour the home’s architectural character. Inside, curated finishes such as engineered timber flooring, stone surfaces and bespoke joinery elevate every space, while high-performance glazing enhances comfort and energy efficiency.
