Summit was designed to sit confidently on its elevated block, with a facade that balances stone, dark cladding and warm timber tones. The upper-level gable and screened balcony create a strong focal point from the street, while the landscaped entry softens the scale of the home and grounds it within its surroundings.

Inside, the layout prioritises connection. Living spaces open outward rather than inward, drawing attention to the backyard, alfresco and plunge pool as natural extensions of the home. The covered outdoor entertaining zone becomes a true second living area, protected, generous and designed for year round use.

The interior palette is warm and grounded, pairing timber flooring with clean, contemporary finishes. Multiple living zones allow for separation when needed, while still maintaining an overall sense of openness and flow.
