Nathan is a highly respected builder within our industry and at Stothard Projects, he is closely involved in every stage of a project, from initial design development and tender preparation through to construction delivery and final handover.

Nathan plays a central role in shaping each build from the outset, working alongside architects and consultants to refine designs, manage budgets and ensure projects are both well-considered and buildable. His experience in design coordination and tendering provides clients with clarity and confidence early in the process, setting a strong foundation before construction begins.

Remaining actively engaged on site, Nathan oversees progress, coordinates trades and maintains the high standards Stothard Projects is known for. His ability to balance design intent, financial control and practical execution drives the consistency and quality behind every home we deliver.
